Delighted to turn 23

Here are 23 lessons I will swear by and wish I knew them earlier.

1. Yes, I'm a young coach. But you're never too young to teach something, and never too old to learn something. The value, emotional maturity, and empathy you bring to the table matter.

2. Start showing up for yourself in ways that you expect others to.

3. You're young, you will make mistakes and face disastrous consequences. That's life. Learn the lesson but accept the outcomes and move on.

4. Saying "NO" is top tier self care, don't feel guilty about it.

5. Connect with your tribe, cut the small talk, dive into deeper interactions.

6. Have adventures. Life's too short to not go on treks and do fun activities like paragliding, parasailing, and swimming in the ocean.

7. Expose yourself to natural light and surround yourself with greenery. Fresh environment fresh mind.

8. For all the women here, align with your feminine energies. Lean into them. It's okay to want a happy family, kids, a passion that you love over what the world tells you to want.

9. Show kindness to those around you. A small act of kindness can literally make someone's day.

10. Count your blessings and be grateful for what you have. Everyone is fighting a tough battle and many will not project it on social media but it's the reality.

11. Don't do anything under social obligations. For me, that's saying a hard NO to drinking, smoking, any other substances. You run your life, peer pressure doesn't.

12. You are not "too far gone" if you decide to change your ways right now. You can start your healing journey at any point, it's the starting that matters.

13. Building a business is a big character building exercise. Try it at least once in your life.

14. There are silver linings in almost every tough situation, choose to focus on them rather than the dark clouds. Self develop > self destruct

15. Read, read, read. Increase your knowledge base. It's always best to know something about everything. This way you become an interesting person to have conversations with.

16. Provide some free value. It builds trust. Then bring in the money factor.

17. Align your career with your values and goals. Find a way to love what you do. This level of motivation becomes irreplaceable.

18. Write every single day. There's no downside to it.

19. Control what you consume. All internet advice is to be taken with a grain of salt.

20. Find comfort in being alone. You are not lonely if you don't leave your own side.

21. Know your fears because they can make you do crazy things. Self awareness is crucial.

22. Don't lie to the people you love. Single worst way to destroy relationships.
